Shipping policy

All items are shipped from Barbados. By placing an order and processing a payment with SeaReinas®, you as the client agree and accept the following terms:

Once an order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. The order will be fulfilled and dispatched the same or next business day via DHL Express. 

All SeaReinas® orders are hand picked and packed with love from Barbados. As we are island-based, we cannot offer overnight delivery but we are proud to offer express service on all online orders. For local orders, you can order online and pickup in store. International orders take between 2 - 5 business days and are fully traceable once shipped. 

As SeaReinas® prides itself on fast and reliable shipping, we like to use DHL Express as our preferred shipping. All orders over US$250.00 qualify for FREE shipping. 

The below rates are a general guide from DHL Express. Exact shipping is calculated at checkout:

Asia - US$35.07

International Customs 

SeaReinas® will include an invoice inside your package of the exact cost of the product you paid for as well as the shipping cost. However, these import duties and taxes are not included in the prices of our products or the shipping cost. This is a separate cost and is your responsibility. This will be collected from you by the courier. The cost of these import duties and taxes will vary depending on the average value of your product and where you are having it delivered to. If you turn away a package from SeaReinas® you are therefore responsible for the original shipping cost and the import Duties and taxes that will be charged to you for getting it back to us. 

 

Additional Information 

Delivery dates can vary due to several factors including time of year, holidays, weekends, weather conditions and force majeure. Once in transit, stolen or delayed packages are in no way the responsibility of SeaReinas®.

 

If an incorrect shipping or delivery address is provided, the customer will not be reimbursed. 

 

Returns 

SeaReinas® accepts returns within 30 days. If you would like to return an item, SeaReinas® will offer store credit for the item(s). Kindly email us at sales@seareinas.com to inquire about returning your purchase. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned under any circumstance.

All returns must be in original condition. That is: unworn, unwashed, contain all original tags and protective liners attached. SeaReinas® reserves the right to refuse a return if it is damaged, worn or stained including makeup. Please be careful when trying items on. In the rare case of a faulty item (oops!) please contact us at sales@seareinas.com and we will remedy immediately! All refunds that are granted by SeaReinas® will be issued via the payment method on your original purchase.
